This policy covers the consumer health data that Goosery Company collects through the Goosery app from people in Nevada.

1. What we collect, and how we use it
- Your baby's due date or date of birth, and which of the two it is. We use it to place your baby on the plan, to choose which items the plan raises at each stage, and to time the app's stage check-ins.
- Whether there is more than one baby from the same birth. We use it to give each baby their own sleep-space items and to follow the stage of the more developed baby.
- Your baby's stage. This is the stage you set in the app, and your answers when the app checks in about a stage, such as whether your baby has started crawling. We use it to move the plan's dates to match your baby.
2. Where it comes from
You, when you type it into the app or answer the app's questions.
4. Who we share it with
No one. We have no affiliates.
5. Why we collect and use it
To build your baby's plan and keep it matched to your baby's stage, as section 1 describes. We use it for nothing else, and because we share it with no one, we have no purpose for sharing it.
6. How we process it
We store it in the app's database, which Supabase runs for us in the United States. It travels only over encrypted connections. Each time the app builds or updates your plan, our server works out your baby's stage from it. It never goes to the service that reads your photographs, to the service that records how the app is used, or into a notification.
7. How to make a request
Email info@getgoosery.com and tell us which account the request is about. You don't need to create an account to make a request, and requests are free. To confirm a request comes from you, we write back to the email address of the account before we act. We answer within 45 days. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer or by emailing info@getgoosery.com with “Appeal” in the subject line.
To withdraw your consent and delete the data for a baby, remove that baby in the app's Settings, or email us. We then stop using it and delete it within 15 days, and from our backups within six months.
8. How to see and change it
You can see and change your baby's date and stage in the app's Settings. To get a copy of everything we hold, or to ask us to correct something, email info@getgoosery.com.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the dates at the top. If a change is material, we also tell you in the app before it takes effect.
10. Collection across other sites
No third party collects your consumer health data through Goosery, over time or across other websites or online services.
Our other policies
Our Privacy Policy covers everything else Goosery collects.
